Perilaku Masyarakat Gampong Ujong Tanoh dalam Tradisi Tolak Bala Ditinjau dari Pendekatan Behavioristik

Abstract

The tradition of repelling reinforcements in the Gampong Ujong Tanoh community, Kota Bahagia District, describes various social behaviors, both socio-cultural, customary and religious. In its development, this behavior has undergone various changes in accordance with the development of the tradition of rejecting reinforcements itself.  Therefore, this research aims to determine the process of the tradition of rejecting reinforcements in the community of Gampong Ujong Tanoh, Kota Bahagia District, the behavior of the people of Gampong Ujong Tanoh, Kota Bahagia District in the process of the Tradition of Rejecting Reinforcements and reviewing the behavioristic approach to community behavior in the tradition of rejecting reinforcements in Gampong Ujong Tanoh Kota Bahagia District. This type of research is field research, the approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The research informants were keuchik, members of gampong apparatus, mukim, religious leaders, traditional leaders and the community. The results of the research show that (1) the traditional process of repelling reinforcements in the Gampong Ujong Tanoh community, Kota Bahagia District is carried out in the form of praying together, showering and eating together over prepared dishes. (1) The behavior of the people of Kota Bahagia in the traditional process of rejecting reinforcements involves men and women in carrying out the tradition of rejecting reinforcements and preparing various typical Acehnese foods and drinks. (3) Based on a behavioristic approach, community behavior in the tradition of rejecting reinforcements in Gampong Ujong Tanoh, Kota Bahagia District is carried out on the basis of knowledge that comes from the influence of experience, the environment and predecessors. Community behavior in the tradition of rejecting reinforcements is also carried out on the basis of Islamic religious values.
