The enthusiasm and enthusiasm of students during the learning process is marked by learning success. Factors that support the learning process include activities that make students happy, an atmosphere that is not boring, and students do not feel bored during the learning process. The learning process will be enjoyable if the teaching staff carry out the teaching process with joy. In the teaching and learning process, educators cannot be separated from existing problems that can disrupt the learning system in schools. One of the problems in the teaching and learning process that can hinder learning progress is burnout. The solution offered to overcome this burnout problem is through improving spiritual well-being. This article specifically explains how Islamic counseling services can overcome burnout and increase spiritual well-being in teaching staff at Islamic boarding schools. This article uses a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques, observation, data collection from library research, searching for related documents in books, magazines and articles. Content analysis is used through reading and analyzing documents to explain how Islamic counseling services can overcome burnout and improve spiritual well-being. The findings in this paper show that one effort to deal with burnout is with Islamic counseling services based on the Koran and As-Sunnah (Qur'anic counseling guidance). Apart from that, this Qur'anic counseling service can improve the spiritual well-being of teaching staff.
